    Learn how to make cakes perfect for serving after a long winter’s walk. Featuring parsnip, apple and ginger tray bake, a sweet swede mix-up and chocolate fondant pudding made from sweet potato.

    Summer is here and beetroot and courgette cakes are the perfect accompaniment to a nice British cup of tea. Ideal for garden parties and picnics, black garlic brownies are sure to intrigue and impress your guests!

    Be ready for Halloween and Bonfire night entertaining – you will learn how to use up your celeriac, pumpkins and squashes. In addition, flower petal flap jack with chocolate and petals drizzle will put ‘pretty’ on your plates.
